System Overview & Core Process: This Medical Waste High-Temperature Steam Sterilization System is a complete emergency disposal solution with a design capacity of 3.2 tons per day.

Loading & Sterilization: Waste is loaded into dedicated stainless-steel carts and automatically transferred into a horizontal cylindrical sterilizer (≥1700mm dia. x ≥4500mm length).

High-Temperature Treatment: The vessel operates at ≥0.22 MPa and ≥135°C for ≥45 minutes, utilizing pre-vacuum and post-vacuum cycles for effective air removal and drying.

Shredding & Disposal: Sterilized waste is automatically conveyed to a dual-shaft shredder (2x18.5KW) for irreversible size reduction, transforming it into ordinary municipal solid waste.

  Feeding & Loading: Medical waste is loaded into dedicated sterilization carts.

  Sterilization Cycle: Carts enter the autoclave. Pre-vacuum removes air, followed by steam injection (≥135°C, ≥0.22 MPa) for ≥45 minutes. Post-vacuum cools and dries the waste.

  Unloading & Transfer: Doors open and automated rail systems transfer carts to the discharge point.
